H.O. Brittingham Honors Substitute with GEM Award
Long-term substitute, Ryann Howard, was honored at the October Board Meeting, as a GEM winner for the month of September.
HOB is Cape Proud to take a moment and reflect on our gratitude for the contributions that Ryann Howard has already made to our school this year. Ms. Howard's role as long-term substitute with telehealth speech services has been exactly what we needed. She has stepped in and provided consistent, high-quality support for so many of our learners. It is clear that she has a natural talent for connecting with kids and is going to make a superior teacher after she graduates college.
Her dedication to supporting our kindergarten, 4th, and 5th-grade students during MTSS times has been invaluable. Ms. Howards provides targeted support and encouragement for our students both academically and socially. Ms. Howard's involvement in initiatives like Girls on the Run is a testament for her passion for fostering and empowering young girls.
Thank you, Ms. Howard for your hard work, enthusiasm, and unwavering support. We are fortunate to have you as part of our team and we look forward to watching you continue to have an impact on our school community.
