Allow me to introduce myself a little at this time. My name is Wendy Coverdale and I am a resident of the town of Milton. I was once a student here at H. O. Brittingham and I am a Cape Henlopen High School graduate. I have taught within the district since 1997. I received a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education/Psychology in 1997 and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership in 2014. Fifth grade is my favorite grade to teach. I consider myself very fortunate to be among such a professional faculty.
I realize that teaching your child is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility. I will do my best this year to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learning experience in the classroom. However, I cannot do this alone; I need your help. We both need to be partners in the learning process.
