Following the three aforementioned rules entails building strong supportive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders. Thus, I believe that establishing a warm caring environment, wherein all students, families, and stakeholders are accepted, engaged, and encouraged, will attribute to the success of all. Do your best at all times, is the motto we live by in our classroom. Sometimes our best will look different based upon the circumstances we are facing, but all I ask of myself and others is that we give our very best to each other and ourselves every day.
